Bhuri Singh Museum, Chamba:
Bhuri Singh Art gallery was inaugurated on Fourteenth Sept 1908, during the rule of Raja Bhuri Singh. Actually, the museum has been known as after the master only. Located near to Chaugan city of Chamba, it was originally began with the artwork contributed by Raja Bhuri Singh. Eventually, its selection as well as its reputation increased and these days, it consists of one of the significant destinations of Himachal Pradesh. The wealthy selection of the museum consists of designed gates from the old castles, frescoes, birdwatcher dish allows, small artwork, headline actions and identities on the ancient record of Chamba.
J. Ph. Voghel, an Indologist operating for the Ancient Study of Indian, visited throughout Chamba and found many old identities spread all over the area, which are now shown in the Bhuri Singh Art gallery. Most of these identities, such as the Prasastis of Sarahan, Devi-ri-kothi and Mul Kihar, are in Sarda program and carry out some main reasons of the ancient record of Chamba. Along with these, one can also see the artwork from the Basohli University and illustrating moments from Bhagwat Ourana and Ramayana.
